The EGM is an important constitutional gathering of our members to hear about the progress of the club and the ongoing developments and achievements of the various sections that make up our club. The meeting also provides a forum for members to put forward their ideas for our future.

Voting members may make nominations for the Committee to be elected for the season 2015-2016. This must be done by the nominees contacting the Club Secretary along with the name of both the Proposer and Seconder to be received by myself no later than 18th May 2015.

All current Committee members must re-apply and we are keen to see new faces on the Committee.

As many of you may know Peter Watson is standing down from the role of Treasurer and it is imperative that we find a replacement, who will be supported by a Bookkeeper, a position that should be shortly filled.
