Notice of Annual General Meeting for Brentwood Rugby Football Club Limited
You are cordially invited to attend the Club’s Annual General Meeting, which has been set for Thursday 2nd July 2026, kicking off at 7.00pm at the Club.
This is the key formal meeting in the governance of the Club, and it is vital that we get broad attendance - quorum is 20 members. It is the meeting where the Executive Committee report to you on the affairs and finances of the Club, and where we confirm/appoint the Officers for the ensuing year, as well as providing you with an opportunity to ask any questions of us.

The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:

1. President’s Statement (including welcome and approval of minutes of last AGM)

2. Chairman’s Statement (including look back on 2025/26 and forward plan)

3. Treasurer’s Statement (including Approval of Club’s Financial Statement to YE 31st July 2025)

4. Election of Officers

5. Appointment of Life Members

6. Any Other Business

Please ensure any nominations or items for AOB are sent to the Club Secretary (Vicky Killington) before 24th June 2026.
