Frank was born in Cork city in Ireland on 28th June 1942. He came over to England with his family in 1954. Frank joined Brentwood Rugby Club in 1979 after introducing his son Paul to youth team rugby and his daughter Louise to Mini-rugby.

He was a player and a member for over 50 years, and made many life long friendships during this time.

He was a renowned story teller, which were excelled at rugby lunches.

The funeral arrangements are for the service to commence at 12.30pm on Monday 9th February at the Chelmsford Crematorium, which will be followed with the wake at Brentwood Rugby club and all are welcome.
