U11s are at Upminster this Sunday for a joint training fixture.

Our hosts our mourning the sudden loss of one of their coaches which will be marked with 1 minute's silence at 11am.

Please arrive for 10am at Upminster RFC.

It will be an opportunity to train with our hosts and pay our respects as part of the rugby community.
